Every year, I have the honor (and joy!) of photographing one of my best friend's families, which I've been able to do every year since the kids were just babies.  I can't believe they showed up to the session with their oldest son driving!  Where has the time gone?! We decided to go for a wintry look this year, and we met up in December at Riverbend Ponds, which has beautiful trails that wind around several ponds.  It's a great place to bring dogs, too, who were happy to come along for the shoot.  We lucked out and had some pretty snow on the ground, no wind, and temperatures almost in the 40s and lots of sunshine, which was fantastic really for winter.  Here are some of my favorites from this year's session.  Enjoy!
