When Abby's mom told me about her vision of a free-spirited shoot in the woods, I knew we'd hit it off right away and that this session would be right up my alley.  I was inspired by Abby's boho vibe and love of nature, and knew we could capture some really fun, unique images for her senior portraits.  I met Abby and her friend by the Poudre river in Fort Collins in early October to get started, and we had fun exploring the winding paths by the river and finding patches to sunlight amongst the trees to get the look she wanted.  Later on, we drove further up the river into the mountains and wow, the fall colors were just beautiful!  Abby braved the cold water to get some absolutely gorgeous shots of her wading in the water.  It was such a fun evening for me personally to get really creative and enjoy all the natural beauty northern Colorado has to offer.  Here are some of my favorites from her session.  Enjoy! :)
